3 Onions are high in vitamin C, dietary fiber, folic acid, calcium, iron, and have a high protein quality, they are low in sodium and contain no fat. they also have quercetin, a flavonoid (one category of antioxidant compounds. onions  lowers cholesterol, inhibits hardening of the arteries, enhances elasticity of blood vessels, and helps to maintain healthy blood pressure. limits your intake of fats and sugars, eating onions can get your blood sugar-and your weight-on the right track.

onions :- 3( chopped)
tomatoes :- 3 (chopped)
flattend rice (poha) :- 1cup (100gms)
red chilli powder :-2tsp
chat masala :- 1tsp
lemon :- 1(big)
black salt :- 1/4tsp
corn flakes :- 1cup
salt :- as per taste
oil :- 3tbsp
peanuts :- 2tbsp ( for garnish)
